I would not hesitate to recommend the lovely Yuri to anyone considering yoga. She has demonstrated that she can handle complete beginners of all shapes and sizes, as well as more experienced yoga enthusiasts. My beginners group - the Fat Boy Yoga Club - absolutely love the weekly hour with her.

I decided to start practicing yoga because I was experiencing back pain. I sit at a desk for long hours in my job and I knew that I could have serious problem later in life. Now my posture has improved and I'm much more aware of how the way I move and hold myself effects my health. Thanks Yuri!
